Chief Scout Award and Challenge

Four days of  self sufficiency during a hike around the New Forest helped four boys from the 1st East Grinstead Monday Troop scouts gain their Chief Scouts Challenge Awards recently. They had to plan their own route and campsites, arrange their own transport and then give a talk about their challenge to fellow scouts and parents. Pictured with their awards are standing Stefan Bradley aged 14 and  Colin Fox aged 15, seated Matthew Wadsworth 14 and Conrad Misham 15. Conrad was also presented with his Chief Scout Award at the same time
